The Tenerife Dive centre occupies an envious position. Located within a hotel complex means that every on-site facility that you would expect from a reputable hotel, is at your disposal.
Tenerife Dive is a large and modern, clean, comfortable centre, providing a well stocked shop of essential dive kit, dive merchandise, accessories and scuba diving novelties. There are tea and coffee making facilities, storage areas for your personal belongings, changing room, showers, three bathrooms including a disabled bathroom, classroom, kit room and wet room, as well as a spacious terrace overlooking the pool where you can enjoy a refreshing après dive drink!
Tenerife Dive run two to three boat dives per day from their boat “Volador Escoces.” This Valiant 7.5 m RIB with its powerful 200 hp engine is moored in the marina of Las Galletas, the diving capital of Tenerife. The RIB will get you to and from the dive sites with a maximum journey time of 12 minutes and a qualified boat handler is on board at all times to provide surface cover.
Tenerife Dive has Hamworthy and Bauer compressors, which can can fill up to 20 cylinders at a time with regular breathing air and Nitrox. Tenerife Dive pride themselves on quality of air, with stringent servicing schedules according to manufacturer recommendations.
Location
The Tenerife Dive centre is located at the poolside in the Club Marina Hotel situated in Costa Del Silencio, south Tenerife.
We are fortunate enough to have the amazing scuba dive site; Montaña Amarilla, right on our doorstep! Montaña Amarilla also makes a perfect base for walkers! As a protected nature reserve, with trails offering spectacular views of the surrounding areas, you won’t be disappointed!
As the name suggests, Costa Del Silencio is quieter area than most holiday resorts, but still hosts many bars, restaurants, shops and nearby golf courses. Costa Del Silencio is situated adjacent to the old fishing village of Las Galletas. The resort has beaches, cliffs and rock sunbathing areas along the coast and is conveniently only 15 minutes from Tenerife south airport and 10 minutes from the main tourist resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
