After what seemed like forever, I finally completed the IDC (and passed) just in time for the Sol Scuba opening!

My thanks go to Yvonne and David for their patience, dedication and their humour which kept me going during the eleven days! Paul for always being there, his reassurance, guidance and for playing taxi!

My fellow candidates were some of the best and I have made some life long friends, we share a bond that only other IDC candidates can understand!

We can all breathe a sigh of relief now it’s over (especially the coffee vending machine man).

Congratulations to us all and I wish each and every one of you success in your chosen diving career!
